This book is helpful for those struggling with binge eating. In fact I would say this book is useful for anyone who wants to make a change in their life. The book offers practical tips to help overcome binge eating that are intuitive and mindful and the author’s writing style is nonjudgmental and compassionate. While reading this book I felt like I had a compassionate coach cheering me on.
